We know that every clients’ needs are unique and we work to customize the search process to meet their needs. Working with speed and agility Dunlavy & Associates generally proposes a 120-day search process.
Fee Structure
Dunlavy & Associate’s professional fees are on a retained basis. One-third of the estimated Search Fee will be paid as the Retainer to begin the assignment. The initial retainer is non-refundable.
The remaining two-thirds of the search fee shall be due upon the date of hire of a suitable candidate. The total of both payments will equal the Search Fee.
A formal Retained Search Agreement can be provided upon request.
